Tracy De Soto, Founder and CEO, of Windansea Law Offices graduated magna cum laude from California Western School of Law.  She has been a member of the California Bar Association since 2006.  She has taught Children and the Law at California Western School of Law for the past fifteen years.  She specialized in dependency and juvenile law since then as well.  Tracy expanded her dependency practice into writ and appellate law over the past decade and practices in most of the districts in California.  Tracy also practices as minor's counsel in contentious family law matters and handles private adoptions.  In the past few years, Tracy has continued representing the those who need a voice -- developmentally disabled, the elderly and children in probate court, specializing in conservatorships and guardianships.

Tracy's personal interests are clearly children, as she is a mother herself, exercising in nature, cooking and traveling.
